PERSONAL · CREATIVE · CONNECTIONS
The Silver Shamrocks Team
Creativity stems from collaboration. Our team and our local partnerships foster creativity through our collective focus on redefining and personalizing expectations around dining, presentation, ingredients, and most importantly, quality. Connecting through food in unexpected ways.
About Chef Deb Silver
Over the past two decades, my culinary experiences run the gamut. My first kitchen gig was at the renowned Machus Red Fox in Bloomfield Hills and continuing through culinary school, apprenticeship, MBA, owning a catering business, and even a stint as a butcher, I lived the passion that I now deliver to you.
Food has always been my way of caring for people. Creating gatherings where guests feel seen, welcomed, and truly celebrated is at the heart of everything I do.
I am deeply committed to our community and proudly support neighborhood non-profits including Leader Dogs for the Blind, New Day Foundation, and Paint a Miracle. I am honored to serve on the Board of Directors for the Paint Creek Center for the Arts, supporting creativity and connection throughout our region.
In 2022, I was humbled to be named Businesswoman of the Year at the Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce Pinnacle Awards. I am also a frequent guest chef on The Nine on Fox 2 News Detroit. Our work has been recognized as a finalist for Hour Detroit’s Best Caterer in 2023, 2024, and 2025, and we are proud to be a preferred vendor at Oakland University, 2 Gather, Rochester Community House, and 429 Main.
For me, it has never been just about the menu. It is about creating beautiful moments, meaningful celebrations, and experiences that feel both elevated and deeply personal.
When not creating culinary masterpieces at The Silver Shamrocks or hosting culinary experiences and private events at Forks & Fêtes, you’ll probably find me on a crazy outdoor adventure with my husband, Aaron, and 4 children.
