Cookin’ & Bookin’ Cookbook Club December

Friends- we started a Community Cookbook Club and are SO excited to break bread with you. Come to Forks and Fetes on December 11th for our 5th Cookin & Bookin’ club meeting to connect, participate. and EAT!!

Meeting fee is $20 and includes serve ware, plates/utensils, water, a refreshing mocktail, a server, and friendly discussion in our space. Our Cookbook club is hosted on the second Wednesday of each month. Sign up for one month at a time or all of them to secure your space. We have our book selections made through next March and will share the list at our gathering.

December Monthly Selection-

Comida Mexicana: Snacks, Tacos, Tortas, Tamales & Desserts by Rosa Cienfuegos

Project for December–We will be making the Tamale recipe from this book at The Sham Shack together before feasting on the entire meal together at Forks and Fetes.

Each participant is asked to create ANY 1 dish from the book and bring to the event ready to serve. We have oven and refrigerator space if needed. You do not need to double the recipe, just follow the recipe as written.

*wine, and beer by the bottle will be available for purchase.
