Welcome to the table. The Silver Shamrocks and Chef Deb are lighting the spark for a new kind of dinner party—and you’re invited to the very first Supper Club #1.

We’re launching this series on the Summer Solstice, the longest day of the year—a time to gather, feast, and soak up the energy of the sun. Ancient traditions saw it as a moment of abundance, transformation, and fire. We see it as the perfect excuse to throw a wild dinner party.

You never know what—or who—might show up: guest chefs, jazz duos, oyster-shucking demos, herbalist cocktail instructors… we like to keep it a little spicy and surprising.

This ain’t your average night out. Expect to start the night with our solstice sipper, Strawberry Basil Limeade (spiked or not, your choice) to whet your appetite before indulging in a summer solstice themed 4-course dinner full of bold, seasonal surprises, and some live music to keep things flowing.

A welcome drink, four delicious courses, and live entertainment is included in your ticket price.
