Private Events at Forks & Fêtes
Can we host an event in your space?
Yes! Our intimate event venue is located directly next to our production kitchen and seats up to 40 comfortably.
What do I need to book the room?
Check our calendar to make sure your date is available, schedule a call or meeting to discuss menu options, and pay the $350 room fee.
What is the room rental fee?
The room rental fee is $350. This is a non-refundable room fee. The non-refundable fee must be paid to reserve the facility on our calendar.
Is there a food and beverage minimum?
Yes, there is a $1200 food and beverage minimum in addition to the room fee.
How long is the room rental?
Room rental is 4.5 hours. This includes an hour of set-up and 30 minutes to take down. Morning and luncheon events must conclude by 3:30 pm to accommodate clean-up and set-up for evening events.
What is included when we rent the room?
Event planning services, linens (black or white), China, silverware, event set-up/tear-down, and access to sound system.
Can we bring in our own food, alcohol or desserts?
The Silver Shamrocks Cuisine is the exclusive caterer for the event space and holds a catering liquor license, so no outside food or alcohol may be brought in. We will provide servers and TIPS-licensed bartenders if needed. We offer exquisite options for desserts, but you are free to bring your own desserts in from a licensed bakery. If you bring a cake, our cutting fee is $1.25 per piece.
Do you have vendors for cakes, decorating, centerpieces, musicians?
YES! We have assembled a small but mighty group of woman-owned and LOCAL businesses that include florists, macaron makers, bakers, event planners, and even musicians to create a magical experience for you and your guests.
Can we order something that is not on the menu?
We love creating customized menus to help your event stand out. For a small fee Deb will work with you to create a memorable culinary experience for you and your guests.
Anything I am not allowed to do?
Yes, please no flame candles, nails in our walls, outside alcohol or food, and no smoking.
